Our September match is this Sunday, the 8th! 

  We had a good August match.  I think the heat scared most of the shooters away and we had a pretty light turn out. 

Our scope sight match winner was Dale Mayer with a fine 29.  Our iron sight winner was me with a 30.  It did it the hard way, since I started off with only 5 chickens.  Got to work on those chickens a bit.

Dale Mayer was the revolver challenge winner with a 23.  Everyone was off the mark a bit in revolver for some reason.  Virginia won the lever gun shooting a 24 and a net 34.  Nice shooting Virginia!

John Bell has 500 small pistol magnum primers he would like to trade for small pistol std primers if anyone is interested.  Not sure if he made that trade last month or not.

Dale Burk got a bit of revenge on the chickens, getting half of them.  We’ll see if he can clean all ten this time.

Fred called the match last month, so it’s my turn in Oct.

Please bring your own water and ice to the match.  We try to have extra on hand, but do forget to bring it occasionally.  It will still be plenty hot in September.

It is Summer hours!! So practice starts at 8:00am and the match at 9:00am.
