Hi Folks,

Hope to see you all at the September match this Sunday.  It will be warm, so bring plenty of water.

We had a very good turnout in August, even though it was fairly hot.

 There was actually a light breeze again and we were done by 11:30, so we avoided the worst of the heat. 

Thanks to all that made it to the match.

  Here are the results from the August match:

Our scope sight match winner was yours truly with a 30.  Next closest was Edgar Sims with a solid 27.

Edgar Sims was the iron sight match winner with a nice 25. Next closest was me with a 22. 

We had four 10 in a row shooters last month.  Myself, Dale Mayer, Martin Sims, and Edgar Sims all shot 10 pigs. 

It’s been quite a while since we had 4 shooters with 10 animals. 

Zach Groves won the revolver challenge with a 14 score and a 24 net.  Nice shooting Zach.

Chris Spurlock won the lever gun challenge with a 29 score and a 34 net.  Good shooting Chris!

Remember, we are now on Summer hours! So practice starts at 8:00am and the match at 9:00am.
