Hi Folks,

Pete Terhaar was our scope Match Winner with a 24.  I won the iron sight Match with a 24.

Dale shot a 17 in the revolver challenge, but Al Sheffel had an adjusted score of 21 to edge him out by a point

Tom Dahl shot an 19 in lever action and netted a 29. 

Yes the scores were low and yes it was cold and windy at the January match.  Hopefully it will be much warmer this weekend and no wind.

If you have not renewed your membership, please remember to do so at the Feb match --$15.  The NRA score books are $13 and we may have them by Sunday.

 The match is this Sunday, the first Sunday of the month.   We had to move it because of winter range conflicts.

Volunteer Help -

There is a lot of work involved in running a match, especially at the standard that Shelley and Roy set.  I have mentioned this before, but I thought I would repeat it this month too, there is always need for help at the matches.

·         Web Site.  Fred has agreed to maintain the website, but Fred does a lot of target maintenance, and other tasks as well.  If we have any tech savvy folks out there that could help out with the site, it would be greatly appreciated.

·         Calling the Match.   If there is anyone that usually just shoots one gun and would like to call the match, please let me know.  We actually get a number of volunteers to call the match and that is really appreciated.  But most of those volunteers would like to shoot two guns too. So if you are only shooting one gun and can call the match, please let us know right at the beginning of the match.

We’ll see everyone this Sunday.  We are on winter hours, so practice starts at 9:00am…match at 10:00am.
