Hi Folks,

Our August match is this Sunday, the 11th! 

  We had a fun July match and the weather was not too awful hot.    We had a good turn out with a number of shooters shooting several guns.

Our scope sight match winner was Dale Mayer with a fine 30.  Our iron sight winner was Dale Mayer with a 27. 

Dale Mayer was the revolver challenge winner with an outstanding 29.  Just for some perspective, a master class score in iron sights is a 30.  Fred Paxia won the lever gun shooting a 28 and a net 28.  Nice shooting Fred!

John Bell is starting to get into reloading and is looking for 38 special brass.  He also has 500 small pistol magnum primers he would like to trade for small pistol std primers if anyone is interested.  Not sure if he made that trade last month or not.

I hope Dale Burk gets to shoot this Sunday, he needs to get back at those chickens!

Please bring your own water and ice to the match.  We try to have extra on hand, but do forget to bring it occasionally.  It will be pretty warm in August.

It is Summer hours!! So practice starts at 8:00am and the match at 9:00am.
