Hope to see you all at the October match this coming Sunday. 

There have been a few folks that said they would like to shoot the tres banditos, so we will do that right after the match awards. 

If you don’t know what tres banditos is, just bring a revolver sighted in for 50 yds and a box of ammunition, the rest we can explain at the match.  

Sometimes we bet on the matches, so bring a few ones if you can too.

We had a light turnout in September, its tough to make it on the Labor Day weekend sometimes.

  There was actually a good breeze and we were done by 10:45, so we avoided the worst of the heat.  Thanks to all that made it to the match.

  Here are the results from the September match:

Our scope sight match winner was Chris Spurlock with a 27.  Next closest were Edgar Sims and I with 25.

I was the iron sight match winner with a 25. Next closest was Edgar with a 23. 

It was a bit of an ‘off’ month for all of us and we had no 10 in a row shooters. 

Monica won the revolver challenge with a 15 score and a 29 net.  Nice shooting Monica!

Tim Finley won the lever gun challenge with a 28 score and a 33 net.  Good shooting Tim!

Remember, we are now on Summer hours! So practice starts at 8:00am and the match at 9:00am.
